Monday 15th October 2018 - 11:15 to 13:15 It was a drizzly grey day and most of the birds stayed out of the wet. The lake was unusually deserted with only one Canada Goose  calling plaintively, a few Moorhens  and Mallard Ducks . We found a mixed flock of Tits  with the odd Nuthatch  and a Chaffinch . It was good to see a Grey Wagtail  and several Song   Thrushes  again. A full list of the birds seen is given in the Bird Table .
