Next Meeting: Tuesday, 14th May 2024 The speaker will be Ian Currie. Ian is a full-time weatherman, broadcaster, author, columnist and the editor of Weather Eye Magazine. He is a Fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society. Ian will talk about “Weather Lore - Fact or Fiction?” Meetings take place in the Montefiore Room at Ridley’s Court on the second Tuesday of each month, August excepted. Meetings start at 2 pm and end at 4 pm. There will be a talk or other activity at each meeting. We have a break in the middle for tea or coffee and biscuits. Membership fee for a year is £18.50 for single members and £35.00 for couples. Payment by cheque or cash only. The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December.
