We were a bit late making our "first list of the year". It was a clear sunny day and
such a relief after the grey, wet weather.
A Greylag goose was a returning occasional visitor.
The young Mute Swan, one Great Crested Grebe and the two Egyptian Geese were
present.
The early Camellia was still flowering in the triangle woods. There were fresh catkins
on some of the hazel trees.
There were Grey Squirrels everywhere.
