It was a sunny mild morning.
Early signs of spring were showing: snowdrops in flower; daffodils just appearing
and catkins on the hazel bushes.
One Egyptian Goose was snoozing on an island. But I could not see another one or
a nest. Let us hope that they are nesting.
There were two Great Crested Grebes but no sign that they were paired.
A Cormorant flew in and fished.
