The pair of Egyptian Geese only have two goslings left. The most recent deaths
were caused by dogs being walked in the park.
There was not a single gull on the lake. They are moving to their breeding sites.
We had good views of and heard a Chiffchaff. The first of our returning migrants.
A Greylag goose flew low over the water but did not stop.
Two Buzzards were circling beyond the north end of the lake.
As we were leaving a Sparrowhawk flew over Ridleys Court.
The daffodils and primroses are looking lovely.
A full list and count of the birds seen is given in the
Bird Table
.
