Great Crested Grebe with Fish, Photo: Ingrid Payne
It was a mild, sunny day with signs of spring all around: snowdrops; daffodils; catkins
and camellias.
The
Canada Geese
were restless and aggressive.
One
Egyptian Goose
was about. Could the other one be on a nest?
One
Greylag Goose
was present.
The
three hybrid ducks
are still together and becoming more tame.
There was a
Grey Wagtail
on the stream in Grattons Park.
On our way back through Worth Park one
Great Crested Grebe
appeared. It would
be great if another one turned up and they bred again.
A full list of the birds seen is given in the
Bird Table
.
